Neumark is a equity fund raising platform based on a blockchain. Users can earn NEU tokens by staking their capital. Companies can tokenize their equities and can sell it as an “ETO” (Equity Token Offering). This all happens within the legal framework. Users can buy this token using Ether. Funds can also be raised in fiat currencies like Euros. The platform will launch in 2018. Companies first need to register with Neumark with KYC details. Companies can also raise more money by issuing new Equity tokens in the follow-on rounds.
