Ethhorse is a platform to bet on the prices of cryptocurrencies. Its like gambling with horses except you bet which currency is going to go up the fastest. It is a dApp (decentralized application). That means you dont have to trust anyone except perhaps the price API. This also means there are no signups or fund lockups. Users can win Ether when they get their bets right. Users who hold their HORSE tokens get paid in Ether every quarter. The platform can be accessed using the Metamask plugin for Chrome and Firefox. Token holders also get 5% of all takeouts.
