Melalie Update #17: Progress on the design, development, our internal AMA, and more!

🎨 Design Progress
Currently, our UX/UI experts are finalizing the new branding of the Melalie App. Together with the development and marketing team, we worked extremely hard towards a fresh and brand new look for the Melalie App.

💻 Development Progress
Following the design progress, our front-end engineers are working to implement the new branding into the new Melalie App. Furthermore, we are migrating the models to MST and updating the application with the latest libraries.
On the back-end side, we have implemented a new database design that will support multiple vehicles in the future. Also, we have worked on updating and creating new API documentation and made several code improvements after code reviews with the team.
Furthermore, we have made more progress on the unit-testing throughout the Application.
Unit-testing is important to make sure all code meets quality standards before it’s deployed.
Over the course of the Melalie product development life cycle, unit testing saves time and money and helps our engineers to write better code, more efficiently.
Altogether the above improvement will contribute to a better platform and we are getting ready to be able to support multiple vehicles which allow vendors to rent out different types of vehicles.

To inform the new audience about Melalie we regularly host an AMA. Quite often visitors of our AMA audience will transform into community members after getting excited about Melalie.
