“WTF is an NFT?” Collection by DudeWithSign & FUCKJERRY to Launch on Origin
Origin is happy to announce a new NFT drop by social media and viral phenomenon @dudewithsign, a @fuckjerry production. The “WTF?” collection is their first NFT series and based on the instantly classic “WTF is an NFT?” photo posted to @dudewithsign’s 7.5 million followers and @fuckjerry’s 15.7 million followers.
With a unique brand of uber-shareable content and humor, @dudewithsign has become an underground anti-hero documenting the things the collective minds have been thinking, but don’t always say. This photo perfectly captures a feeling the world has collectively felt over the last few months as NFT’s have burst into the public’s awareness in early 2021, and the WTF? collection plays off many of the common NFT tropes & styles that have been part of the first wave of NFTs. The meta nature of this NFT collection is sure to attract incredible interest from the crypto and NFT communities.
The WTF? collection will be released as an exclusive set of open editions plus an auction on the Origin NFT Launchpad. Origin has already hosted some of the most successful NFT sales in history and we are thrilled to be working with another top-tier creator.
The “WTF is an NFT?” collection will have open editions available for sale at 4:30PM on April 23rd for 20 minutes at wtf.dudewithsign.com. The “WTF is an NFT?” auction will start at 5PM PDT on April 23rd and end at 5PM PDT on April 24th.

There will be 3 open editions for sale in a limited time window. Each will be a variation of the “WTF is an NFT?” image in different styles.
Auction details
The auction will have 50 winning bidders in 4 rewards tiers. Each tier allows you to redeem your NFT for different rewards, including the actual sign, special edition cardboard, exclusive NFTs and prints, and a one-of-a-kind experience. You also receive more bonus series NFTs the higher you bid. The higher your bid ranks on the leader board, the higher your probability of receiving NFTs of greater rarity.
